The Challenge
Nexus AI, Berlin's fastest-growing AI infrastructure startup, was raising their Series B from US investors. They needed to demonstrate their platform's capabilities to 50 target VCs and enterprise CTOs in a format more compelling than a pitch deck — but had never hosted an event outside Europe and had no SF vendor relationships to draw on.
The Solution
We transformed a raw SoMa warehouse space into an immersive AI infrastructure experience in three weeks. Attendees moved through four themed zones — each showcasing a different Nexus AI capability with live, interactive demos running on real workloads. We curated the guest list with surgical precision, personally inviting decision-makers from a16z, Sequoia, and 20 target enterprise accounts. The evening closed with a chef-hosted dinner for the 30 highest-priority guests.
